All services must be paid in advance unless stated otherwise. Host Zudo offers multiple billing cycles (monthly, annually, etc.). Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect any active subscription term that has already been paid.
Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination. Host Zudo is not responsible for any data loss due to account suspension or termination resulting from unpaid invoices.

While Host Zudo may provide backup services, it is your responsibility to maintain up-to-date backups of your content. We do not guarantee the availability or accuracy of backups and will not be liable for data loss.
All hosting accounts must use resources within acceptable limits. Excessive CPU usage, bandwidth overuse, or any activity that negatively affects server performance may lead to temporary or permanent suspension of your service.
You may cancel your hosting service at any time through your client dashboard or by contacting support. Refunds are only applicable for services covered under our money-back guarantee (if applicable) and must be requested within the specified period.
Domain registrations, SSL certificates, and other third-party services are non-refundable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Host Zudo shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to data loss, downtime, or lost profits.
Host Zudo reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users by updating the “Last Updated” date on this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes made.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
